I am often asked if Open Houses work? My answer is “yes” IF the Open House is effectively leveraged for greatest impact.
The way I see it, if I am asking the sellers to vacate their home for 3 hours on a weekend afternoon, I’d sure as heck better do my very best to draw potential buyers to the home. The time spent in preparation before, my efforts during, and my follow-up after the Open House are all crucial to success.
